Kathleen N. Millican

Kathleen Millican is a founding partner of Skikos, Crawford, Skikos, Joseph & Millican LLP, and practices out of the firm's San Francisco office. 

Kathleen's areas of practice include pharmaceutical drug and medical device cases, personal injury and employment matters.  Currently, Kathleen is prosecuting claims on behalf of individuals diagnosed with Nephrogenic Systemic Fibrosis ("NSF"), a disease caused by exposure to gadolinium-based contrast agents.

Kathleen received her law degree from Hastings College of Law in 1999, where she was an editor of the Women's Law Journal.  Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from The College of Wooster in Ohio in 1992.  She is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of California.
